“SPOMEL” S.P. in Lębork was established in 1950. The company's headquarters is located in the industrial zone of the city, at ul. Abrahama 15.

Owing to many years of tradition and high qualifications of our employees, we gained experience in serial manufacturing of castings that satisfy the expectations of customers from Poland and abroad alike, and our company has been recognized as a trustworthy business partner and a reliable supplier.

The development the terms of reference for the casting technology, as well as the preparation of the construction documentation for foundry tooling.

Technical preparation of manufacturing

The smelting of cast iron takes place alternatingly, in two shaft furnaces (cupola furnaces) with continuous discharge with a capacity of up to 6 Mg/hour.

The casting moulds are made using wet moulding technology using synthetic bentonite mass.

The production of cores takes place with the use of the hot-box technology using shooting machines and inflators, as well as using CO2 technology.

Depending on the technology used, castings are shot-blasted or tumbled and finished on stationary grinders or with the use of power tools.

Cleaning of castings

Depending on the needs of our Customers, we can offer castings with mechanical processing, which we create using our machinery or in cooperation with our reliable partners.

Mechanical processing

Per our Customers’ requirements, we deliver primed castings, painted with topcoat, bitumen or powder paint (in cooperation).
